The Portal and Mystic Column Days of the Mayan Calendar

In the middle of every 260-day round of the Mayan's Sacred Calendar, we have a very powerful 50-day period that includes two sets of 10 Portal Days in a row and also a 20-day Mystic Column time. This Portal-Mystic Column period can fall at any time in a Solar Year since the Mayan Calendar is shorter than and overlaps the 365-days of the sun's yearly journey. So what gifts and energies does the Creator being bring to you from the Galactic Core during these 50 days?

Portal means door or gateway or opening. So on Portal Days in the Mayan Calendar, the portal or door to the Galactic Core energies is opened wide and in streams a powerful wave of pure Spirit Energy from the Creator Her/Himself.  Portal Days are like the full Moon of Spirit and we can feel the higher charge and frequency of Spirit Presence on these days. Your dreams and meditations can be especially powerful. It is a great time to connect with your Spirit Guides, Muses, Helpers and Playmates as the phone line of connection can be especially clear for download. Also, since Portal Days are open to all time and space, you can also more easily access your past and future selves for healing work or guidance.

When we have 10 Portal Days in a row, the flow of Spirit Energy swells to a tidal wave that will wake you up and push you along in your soul's journey. Sometimes the first 10 Portal Days of this time can be a wake up call to become aware of the places in your life in which you have gotten into a rut or off track. Although not always fun, these wake up experiences get your attention and help you identify any core soul issues that are ready to be addressed.

 The Mystic Column or Core Days are the 20 middle days of the 260-day Mayan Calendar Round. Five days after the first ten portals end, we enter the corridor of the Core Days. Almost immediately, you will probably find that your attention will be pulled inward to your core. Your Soul Self is giving you the chance to dance with your core issues there in these days and come to a wonderful resolution with them. This opens the way to sink deep into the well of your being and pull up a big bucket of the sparkling waters of your inner Soul gifts and abilities and insights. The magic of the Mystic Column days lets you tap deeply into the well of your infinite Spirit Being Self and bring forth more energy, insights, gifts, courage, abilities and powers to use in your life and Soul Work.

As we come towards the end of the 20 Mystic Column Days, on the basis of your strong Soul renewal, you can then look at the direction your life has been taking, creatively vision forward, and chart your life path in a new, more soul-aligned and powerful direction. In this way, the Core Days give you the amazing opportunity to completely and consciously re-set your life direction if you choose to. So take this chance to follow the path that will cultivate and nurture the wonderful bag of dream-seeds that Spirit has been helping you identify and activate during your mystic dive into your depths.

 After the Mystic Column Days end, we then have a 5-day break, and then begin the second set of 10 Portal Days. So once again, Spirit will be rushing full tilt into the current of our lives. This time, if you have resolved your core issues, tapped into your Soul power, and set your new life direction, this tidal wave of Spirit can be the driving force to sweep you far down the path towards the fulfillment of the goals and dreams that you are visioning. I usually find that this second set of ten Portal Days is much more flowing and smooth than the first ten portals and it brings a huge potential for progress and achievement. Truly the “galaxy is the limit” with the support of this Spirit Wave of Portals. With very little effort, your dream-seed garden can blossom forth in all its riot of rich vibrant colors, and enticing tastes, and sweet fragrances. So enjoy this time and dare to manifest the highest you can imagine.
